Shipping policy

WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES

All prices include VAT where applicable.

 

  Standard Delivery - £2.95

  Delivered within 2-4 working days

 

  Free Standard Delivery - £0.00

  Automatically applied to orders of £100.00 or more

 

  Express Delivery - £4.99

  Delivered next working day after dispatch, when ordered before 1:00pm, Monday to Thursday (orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment)

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, or at a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next working day.

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order being placed, unless we agree a longer period with you.

 

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

 

IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@dhinduk.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either re-send your order or provide a full refund.

 

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

TRADE AND BULK ORDERS

Delivery of bulk and pallet orders is quoted separately. Please contact us through our Trade Enquiries page for a delivery quotation.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, though we will always try to help recover the order where possible.
